Westside Ale Works is constantly experimenting. With the addition of our barrel aging program in 2019, we starting thinking about the synergy between beer, spirits and barrels. Soon after we purchased a pot still and reflux still to hone in our skills. This is continuing to evolve and has recently seen us release a unique Four Grain Whiskey, Dark Rum and Gin. Each batch is made by hand from the finest ingredients. We even re-cooper our own barrels!
